  1. Sign in or sign up (using the same link) to Qodo's Help Center



  2. Click your name at the top of the page.



  3. Select "Requests" from the dropdown menu.



  4. You’ll see a list of all your current and past requests:

From the "My requests" view, you can also:

  • View requests where you’re CCed
  • Comment open requests.
  • Search for specific requests
  • Filter requests by status

 

Are you an admin on the Enterprise plan?

Contact us to enable the option to view all tickets raised by your company.
